Drop-In Service
Everyone Welcome
Here at The Barnsley Advice & Information Service, we are committed to supporting everyone wishing to live and build a life in the Borough.
We hold weekly drop in sessions to support existing residents and new arrivals to help them find their way to maintaining or building a life here in Barnsley.
Drop in sessions take place every Tuesday and Friday between 2 pm and 6 pm and you can find us at The Polish Library, Francis Jordan House Wellington Street, Barnsley, S70 1SW. We are located above The Big Man Shop and the entrance can be found around the side of the building.
Although we are based within The Polish Library, our service is available to all Barnsley residents including speakers of other languages.
If you cannot make it to any of our drop in sessions, you can still ask for advice by email. Our email address is baaisonline@gmail.com or you can use the contact form by clicking on Contact Us.
We are located on the 1st floor so the service cannot be accessed by wheelchair users and those with mobility problems. Please contact us if you cannot manage the stairs and we will discuss options as we do not wish to exclude anyone from accessing our services.

We are locally funded by the Central Ward Alliance.
Improving Communities
